About Alex
A humanitarian’s instinct, an operator’s discipline.
I have spent more than 15 years working across organizations, countries, and cultures—close enough to the field to understand the consequences of a decision, and close enough to funders and leadership teams to help shape it.
My role is often to step into consequential work, listen carefully, locate the knot, and help a team untwist it. That means honest diagnosis, useful structure, and practical implementation—not consultancy theatre.
